Off ramp road

Currently in development!

The Off-Ramp Project is a hub of information, training, and resources for anyone who has been impacted by a mass shooting or is interested in preventing the next one.

Off-Ramps translates findings from the mass shooter database into tangible, evidence-based, accessible strategies and skills to prevent future violence.

(1) Training

Online training for parents, educators, businesses, policy makers, counselors, law enforcement, security, and more. The 2-hour certificate in mass violence prevention includes modules on relationships, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, building a care team, and stopping the mass shooting contagion.

(2) Policy

Accessible, data-driven policy recommendations to prevent mass shootings for local, state, and national policymakers, as well as schools, workplaces, and media.

(3) Resources

A comprehensive collection of resources focused on mental wellness, peer support, mentoring, advocacy, suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and trauma.
